Digitalis Health Triage Platform | Version 1.1.0 | Effective 21 March 2026 | Australia (NSW)
1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to and use of the Digitalis Health Triage Platform. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Not for emergencies
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 000 immediately.
The Platform is not a substitute for immediate intervention in a life-threatening situation.
3. Nature of the Platform
The Platform provides clinical decision support using deterministic safety rules, Bayesian inference and large language model reasoning. Outputs are not a medical diagnosis or professional medical advice.
In a clinical workflow, a qualified health professional with the full clinical context must review and interpret Platform output.
4. Regulatory status
The Platform is designed to align with the Therapeutic Goods Administration framework for Class IIa clinical decision support software. Pilot and evaluation use remains subject to the relevant participation agreement.
5. User responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
- Do not rely solely on Platform output for clinical decisions.
6. Privacy and data
Health information is processed under the Privacy Collection Notice (v1.1.0).
7. Intellectual property
Platform software, algorithms and content are owned by or licensed to Digitalis Health. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the intended use.
8. Liability and governing law
Australian Consumer Law guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded continue to apply. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
