I consent to the collection and processing of my health information as described in the Privacy Collection Notice (v1.0.0), in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. I understand my data is stored securely in Australia and will not be sold to third parties.

I understand that this platform uses artificial intelligence and large language models to assist clinical reasoning, and that AI outputs may be incorrect or incomplete. I will use the triage recommendation as a guide only, not as a definitive clinical determination.
